Do you have a current MPI approved food control plan?
Yes we have the latest MPI food plan certification and are audited on a regular basis.
Food Control Plans – A food control plan (FCP) sets out what steps a business making or selling higher-risk foods needs to take to make safe food. You use it to identify risks and show how they’re being managed. It means customers will know your food is safe – and it can help you create a successful food business.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We don’t have a minimum order requirement. This is because we have flexible systems within the business and font pass that cost on to you.
Are your staff trained in all aspects of food safety?
All staff have met the requirements to work on the food industry. They have all passed the certification requirements to work under our Food Safety Plan.
Are your orders completed on time?
With a minimum two week lead time we will make sure your order is completed on time, unless circumstances are beyond our control.
Are customers kept totally up to date with the progress of their orders?
We provide a transparent process that allows our clients comfort in knowing what stage your order is at. We are only a phone call away.
Can you process and store product in either an ambient or chilled environment?
We are capable to storing food and finished products at all the certified requirements.
Do we facilitate the delivery of completed product to each customer's specified address?
Yes. We provide an end to end service. From development work to delivery to your client.
Do you charge a set-up or clean-up fee?
We do not charge a set up or clean up fee. There are no extra costs to the agreed per product fee. We do not forward these costs onto our clients as we have very efficient internal processes that benefit your clients.
Can you manage my distribution network?
We can complete logistic manifests for our clients whether simple or more complicated.
Are all orders date stamped with relevant batch codes?
We produce a product that meets all date and coding certifications.
